Cooking Class, Pan Cake from UK and Mashed Yam from Ghana

In the learners book there is an explanation about pan cake day which is celebrated in United Kingdom in tge beginning of spring season. The use of sequences phrases to describe process of making something is the main focus if this unit.

In both of the book used, there are two recipes, Pan Cake from UK and Mashed Yam from Ghana. The students decided to make pan cake since it is easy to perform.

The students are required to explain how to make pan cake orderly, there are two kinds of pan cake the students made today, sweet with cheese and chocolate; and savoury with cheese, sausages ans chips.

From taking the experience into the class, I wish to collate the skills and experiences of both the theories and practices to makw sure the usage in their life.
